Adamson crowned as new UAAP Cheerdance Competition champion - over 17,000 people trooped to the MOA Arena to watch the competition, which was won by NU with a seamless and highly technical futuristic routine. It also saw great performances from FEU, ADU, UST, UE, DLSU, and ADMU. Group Stunts category, Far Eastern University Cheering Squad won the 1st place, while champion Adamson placed 2nd and UP on 3rd place.

The second-runner up of the UAAP Cheerdance Competition will get P140,000 along with medals from the UAAP, plus P20,000 from a sponsor; the first-runner up will get P200,000 and P25,000 while the champion will get P340,000 plus P30,000 from a sponsor, and an additional P25,000.
